Susanne Wiatr Borg is a Ph.D. student from the University of Southern Denmark, from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management. Her work focuses on the sales process, interpersonal relationships, interpersonal skills and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is qualitative in nature. Her thesis is positioned in the twilight zone between the field of psychology and business marketing. Susanne has worked 10 years in the Danish industry prior to her Ph.D. and therefore has a solid practical background.    



Louise Young is Professor of Marketing at University of Western Sydney. Professor Young has held academic posts at various American, European as well as Australian universities She has published over 80 research papers in a wide range journals including those concerned with marketing, business to business marketing, international business and human resources, and is a member of the editorial review board of 9 international journals. Professor Young’s current research focuses on the evolution and management of business relationships and networks and in particular on the psychology of the individuals participating via using methods of case study, deep qualitative interview and lexicographic analysis and
agent-based modeling.


Sana Marroun is a Ph.D. student in the School of Marketing at the University of Western Sydney. Sana’s doctoral work focuses on the relationship between and potential synergies of social networking and business network value creation.  In particular she uses qualitative research to consider the way in which social relationships and networks assist in the building of and creating value in business relationships and networks and vice versa. Prior to her commencement of a Ph.D. in 2010 Sana completed a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree and a Bachelor of Business and Commence Honours degree at the University of Western Sydney.
